Where to Fry

- outside, never indoors
- avoid frying on concrete – oil stains
- fry on level area – on dirt or grass
- never leave hot oil unattended

How to Fry

- heat oil to 325°F, no higher than 350°F
- safely lower into hot oil
- about 3 minutes per pound
- with thermometer measure doneness
- 170°F in the breast
- 180°F in the thigh
- use vegetable or peanut oil

    recipe says use vegetable or peanut oil do not use vegetable oil it has low smoke point . use corn or peanut oils they have much higher smoke points and usually will not burn .
